*LEGAL ASSISTANT ( MANDARIN SPEAKER)*

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM2500 - RM3500

【MUST HAVE/REQUIREMENT】

•At least Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB Graduate)

•Preferably a Male and presentable

•Will be based at at Q Sentral, KL

•Fluent in Mandarin

【OTHERS/ADVANTAGES】

•Good communication skills and tactful in dealing with people

•Able to work in fast-pace environment with minimum supervision

•Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and applications

•Be meticulous, committed to provide quality services and work with deadlines

【TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES】

•To assist advise, draft, review all contracts, internal and external correspondences

•To assist research and to ensure matters are in compliance with the Malaysian laws and regulations

•To assist liaise with external counsels

•To assist liaise with other Head of Departments regarding any risks, contractual, compliance matters

•To assist review and implement measures for smoother operation on daily matters

•To report to manager on any, potential or existing, legal matters

•Other tasks as per instructed
