Salary : RM2500 - RM3500
 
【MUST HAVE/REQUIREMENT】
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Prefer 1-2 years of Data Center/ Help Desk)

【TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Helpdesk tasks to the partner companies/ clients

• Manly troubleshooting of Email issues and servers etc…

• Visiting the partner companies/ clients for assisting troubleshoot if required

• Hearing feedbacks/ issues from the partner companies and improve the service

• Training is provided
