•Plan and execute business strategies to increase organization profit margin
•Engage, plan and collaborate with Logistic Division on import/export & daily logistic activities
•Submit weekly sales plan & report to CEO
•Draft business plans and conduct feasibility studies for new markets and/or target groups
•Analyze & drive results of exiting business and use these to advise the CEO on the measures to be taken and report on the annual Import/Export Sales Plan, including objectives, budget and action plans
•Sales of Import & Export
•Manage existing clients and grow new sales in accordance with the Import/Export Sales Plan. This includes coaching, identifying distributor skill development necessities, coordinating training, facilitating and managing, as well as assessing the results of marketing, sales, business consultation and services
•Advise and inform clients of prices, draft TOB and follow up on quotes to clients for special requests/direct/indirect sales in consultation with the CEO
•Monitor & actively manage all client-related information exchanges, project progress, marketing & sales funnel activity and report on periodically on budget, forecast & financial performance
•Monitors and works closely with the CEO in sales support, after sales and business consultation
•Event Development
•Manage existing events while drafting new ones in company pipeline
•Planning of concepts, manpower, logistics, and clients for event setup including budget proposal for workforce needed
•Manage manpower activities prior setting up till event closure
•Collaborate with Logistic, HR and Finance division on event planning, management and activities
