Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign period will be effective from 01st April until 31st December 2021.
2. Churn tactical offer only eligible to non TM customer.
3. All churn tactical offer (Premium Plan) is tie to 24 months contract.
4. Unifi plan is subject to the infra readiness and port availability.
5. Bill rebate only eligible to customer who in-contract with current service provider (Non TM & unifi registration at the same name and address (as per current service provider).
6. Bill rebate added to current package upon customer submit proof of penalty payment receipt.
7. Submission of penalty payment (from current provider) receipt be made within first 30 days from date unifi activated; TM reserved the right not entertain any submission after the said period.
8. Tablet and TV brand & specification to be determine by TM and it subject to stock availability. TM shall not entertain any request from customer to exchange to cash term or tablet or TV brand/specifications.
9. Customer is not allowed to downgrade package within contract period.
10. Termination/cancellation of the plan within commitment period, customer will be charges subscription fee x remaining contract months.
11. Except for the specific terms and conditions for the Campaign stated herein, all other terms and conditions for unifi Home
Fiber Broadband and General Campaign terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
